The New Virgin Pulse Member Privacy Agreement (dated 7/31/19) says that I can ask Lockheed Martin to stop sending my personal information to Virgin Pulse at any time. Is this true?

No, it is currently not feasible for Lockheed Martin to stop sending individual eligible employee information over to Virgin Pulse.  If you are eligible for Virgin Pulse (i.e. are a represented employee who is offered Virgin Pulse as part of your bargained medical benefit), then your information will be sent to Virgin Pulse so that you will have the opportunity to enroll in the program if you so choose.
