Using the Plan FAQs

The annual deductible is the amount of covered expenses that you must pay before the plan begins to pay benefits for eligible expenses. How much you pay depends on the type of coverage you select and whether you get care from an in-network or out-of-network provider. 

Remember that the deductible amounts listed in the benefit summaries will be reduced by your HealthFund balance.
