IF I NEED TO SEE A SPECIALIST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You are free to visit any specialist in- or out-of-network without a referral. This maximizes your flexibility and choice when you are seeking health care with the LM HealthWorks Plan. Employees have told us that flexibility is important and we want to ensure that you have the flexibility to choose your own specialists, either in-network or out-of-network.
