DO I NEED TO FOLLOW CERTAIN RULES TO RECEIVE OUT-OF-NETWORK CARE?

No. Out-of-network benefits allow you the flexibility to seek care for a wide variety of services from the provider of your choice. However, you pay more for care received out-of-network and precertification is required for certain types of care. For more detailed information, click here.
