Can I call a health coach or care team member outside of regularly scheduled sessions when participating in a Health Coaching or Condition Management program?

Members participating in Lifestyle Management and/or Condition Management are welcome to call inbound to speak with their coach outside of regularly scheduled sessions for health related concerns. Please be mindful that the goals of the health coaching and condition management programs are to provide support, education, and encouragement for long-term behavior change. Coaches will not be able to schedule increased frequency of calls based on the member's desire for HealthFund incentives.
