IF I HAVE MONEY LEFT IN MY HEALTHFUND AT THE END OF THE YEAR, CAN I TAKE THE BALANCE IN CASH?

No. The HealthFund is only available to pay covered health care claims. It is benefit coverage, not a form of compensation.
