Dependent Certification FAQs

I HAVE COVERED DEPENDENTS BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A DEPENDENT CERTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT OR KIT AT MY HOME.

To cover your dependents, you will need to ensure that they are added to your plans when you enroll during Annual Enrollment. New this year, dependent certification will be an extra step after completing your elections during Annual Enrollment instead of the dependent certification that has typically occurred during the spring. After completing your enrollment, follow the instructions on the bottom of your confirmation statement. If you have already completed your election but did not certify your dependents, please log on to the LM Employee Service Center and click the link to certify your dependents on the center tile.
